Lead Time

It takes approximately 8 weeks to tailor-make your dress from the date of received payment to the date of dispatching your dress. Track Order Status (online orders only)

You are able to track your order status by accessing your account under “Account Maintenance/Order Information” at MissUniq. The status will show “Pending”, “Confirmed”, “Cancelled”, “Refunded” or “Shipped”. Once your dress is shipped, an email will be sent to inform you of the tracking number.

Shipping

We carry out stringent inspection against order details prior to dispatch.

For UK destinations, delivery will be made by British Royal Mail’s Special Delivery™ Next Day with online tracking at www.royalmail.com

For international destinations, delivery will be made by UPS standard with online tracking at www.ups.com
