Do you have a show room?

Yes. MissUniq is a wedding dress studio. Customers are welcome to visit us. Please email or call to book an appointment in advance.

Can I request a fabric swatch sent to me?

Providing fabric swatch is not part of our practice. However, you are able to see our fabric materials at our studio and the wedding shows we attend. We use beautiful quality fabrics, including finest Duchess satin, plain satin, taffeta, chiffon, organza, laces, tulles, intricate embroidery and luxurious hand beading.

How do you achieve the fitting?

As our dress is made to measure, the need for fitting is substantially reduced. We do once fitting for customers who come to our studio to collect the dress. 

For online orders, if you receive our dress and find fitting is not perfect, please inform us within 7 working days after receiving. We will provide information about how to pin your dress to your exact fit. Then you can send it back to us. We will alter it for you free of charge.

How much does it cost?

MissUniq endeavours to give you luxury at incredible prices. Our design, material, quality and service are maintained at the highest possible level. The bridal gowns we make start from ￡199. Bridesmaids/Cocktail dresses start from ￡149. Evening dresses/Ball gowns from ￡179. Accessories from ￡45.

Is there a delivery charge?

All our prices include free shipping for UK destinations, free shipping for International destinations with order amount equal or above ￡199. For international destinations with order amount less than ￡199, we will add ￡30 to cover the UPS expenses.

Can I order a dress in another colour?

Yes. Colours available are stated in each dress’ description. When you place your order, just choose from drop-down list for Colour. If choosing "Other" please fill in “Custom Colour” field with your desired colour reference code. Reference codes are listed on Colour Swatches. You are able to see colour swatches at our Showcase Events and the wedding shows we attend.

How soon can you deliver?

It takes approximately 8 weeks to tailor-make your dress from the date of our email order confirmation to the date of dispatching your dress. What kind of measurements should I provide?

Yes. With PayPal, you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit/credit card, or PayPal balance – all without sharing your financial details.

Why do I need to register?

Registration is needed in order to purchase items. This ensuresthat wehave all the necessary information to fulfill your order correctly.

How do you send the dress?

You can collect your dress at our studio in London if you are based locally. We will contact you to book a time. For online orders, he dresses are will be packed in a suitable strong box and sent by British Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day (UK) or UPS (international) with online tracking number.

How should I take care of the dress?

Most of our dresses are for dry cleaning only. Cocktail dresses can be hand-washed but it is recommended to dry clean them. They should be stored hanging up.
