These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the MissUniq web site, and constitute an agreement between you and MissUniq. MissUniq reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of this site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this site. Your continued use of this site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of this web site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using this web site.

1. Ordering

Please make sure the email address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that email address.

No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18.

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.

All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and including VAT. For UK destinations we offer free shipping. For international destinations, we offer free shipping for order amount equal or above GBP 199, otherwise a small freight GBP 30 is added to cover UPS expenses. Our prices don’t cover customs and duty fees (if there is any) on international orders. Please note that we do not have any control over customs fees and duties, you must contact your local customs office for charges. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees on international orders.

We accept debit/credit cards through PayPal (PayPal account not required). Your payment card will be debited immediately.

We have made every effort to display the colours and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.

No statement on this web site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

2. Order Cancellation & Refund, Order Change

MissUniq accepts cancellation within 7 working days from the date of received payment. In this instance, we will fully refund your order.

If you would like to cancel your order after 7 working days from the date of received payment, we will only refund 50% of your payment. We appreciate your understanding in that our products are customized and therefore cannot be cancelled with a full refund after the time limit.

Under the circumstance of order cancellation, please include write to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   with your order number, your name and your address. We will confirm in writing if cancellation is accepted.

By the same token, order details cannot be changed after 7 working days from the date of received payment.

3. Return & Replacement

MissUniq endeavours to comply with every specification in your order. We carry out stringent inspection against order details prior to dispatch. As a result, we don’t anticipate return when we have met all specifications in your order.

We accept returned products if you kindly inform us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  within 7 working days upon receipt of delivered items of quality problems covering these aspects:

(1) Size deviates more than allowed tolerances from measurements specified in order. Please allow for plus or minus 1 cm/0.5 inch tolerances. 
(2) Wrong colour. Please allow for colour tolerances on different display screens. 
(3) Defects in fabrics. 
(4) Items delivered are not items in order.

Please include in email your order number, your name and problem in details. We will confirm in writing if the return is acceptable.

Upon our receipt of returned products, we will within 8 weeks either send you a replacement free of charge or fix the problem in the products and resend them to you free of charge. Therefore, in the instance of return, we don’t refund your order.

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the products to us. You will need to pin the dress to your exact fit so we can alter it correctly. In the case of minor size deviation, we recommend you to get it altered locally rather than sending it back to us. Because the freight to send it back might be less economical. But if you are still willing to send it back, we will alter it for you free of charge.

We will not accept return on grounds other than the above-mentioned. We appreciate your understanding in that our dresses are customized and therefore cannot be returned for other than the above-mentioned reasons.

4. Copyright

All copyright, design rights and all other intellectual property rights in and to this web site and its content belong to MissUniq unless otherwise stated and any use of such rights is solely on the basis of these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Use

You warrant to MissUniq that you will not use this web site for any purpose that is prohibited or unlawful.

6. Applicable Law

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
